By accessing and using Mall ("the Service"), operated at mall-topaz.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Mall is an ad discovery platform that presents advertisements in an interactive, infinite-scrolling grid format. The Service allows users to explore ads from various brands and advertisers by navigating in any direction. All content displayed on Mall consists of advertisements served through third-party ad networks and, in the future, directly from advertisers.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with ads or generate artificial traffic
  • Attempt to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Click on ads fraudulently or encourage others to do so
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Advertisements & Third-Party Content

The advertisements displayed on Mall are provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any ad content, products, or services advertised. Your interactions with advertisers found on the Service are solely between you and the advertiser.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding ad content provided by third parties), features, and functionality, is owned by Mall and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Ad content is the property of the respective advertisers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of the ad content displayed on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mall, its owners, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, any ad content, or any products/services obtained through advertisements on the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
